Insurance

Cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance. During your consult, Dr. Roth will determine if your condition is Cosmetic or meets medical necessity in order to bill insurance.

For insurance related procedures, the following are commonly accepted insurances at our practice:

We ask that you please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment. It is also vital that you let us know in advance if your insurance coverage changes. If your insurance requires you to have a referral to see a specialist, please obtain from your family doctor prior to your scheduled appointment.

The Surgical Specialty Center is also pleased to offer you the flexibility of accepting all major credit cards and certified or cashier checks. If you have questions regarding your insurance coverage, please do not hesitate to call and speak to a qualified member of our staff.
